These Days
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who stopped by my table at Strangeways Brewing on Sunday and bought a book (or two)! I was floored by the amount of business I did that day, it was really exciting. And it gave me a great problem to have… I nearly sold out of books! So much so that I’ve put in a rush order with my distributor in order to stock up for this Saturday’s event with Chesterfield Public Library…
The North Courthouse Road Library is at 325 Courthouse Road, North Chesterfield, VA, 23236. And then in a few weeks, I’ll be at the main branch of the Richmond Public Library with my friend Mushin, slinging books in the lobby. I would love to see/meet you if you can make either event.
Neil Young is 80 today!! 80!! Seeing him live last year was a major win for my wife and I, what a show!! I listened to ‘Pocahontas’ several times today, what a beautiful song.

My wife and I went to see ‘The Big Lebowski’ at The Byrd on Saturday and watched the film with a rowdy, delighted crowd. What a blast! Every time I see it, I’m further convinced of its genius. And with that I’ll say, until next time, The Ward Abides.
